This is an updated version of my previous Eternal Sailor Peter. Anyways, this is Peter Griffin (one of my favourite American animated characters) from Family Guy as Eternal Sailor Moon (my favourite Japanese anime character), from Sailor Moon Sailor Stars ^_^.

"In the name of the Moon, I'll punish you! ...he-he, Moon..."


Linework was done in Adobe Illustrator, and colouring was done in Photoshop.
